eMeals is launching a heart healthy plan and I couldn’t be more excited. Along with the new year came a bunch of changes in our household. We’re trying to become healthier, not necessarily be stuck on a diet plan but to make better decisions. Finding recipes that are heart healthy AND delicious is awesome so I can’t wait to try all of eMeals recipes.
This past year, I’ve started eating a lot of fish. I’m not a huge meat eater so fish has been the perfect alternative to me. I love fish because you can do so much with it! You’re able to add any sauce or seasoning and turn it into an amazing meal – not to mention it never takes long to cook.
