New year, new you -right? Well I’m not big into New Year resolutions. I definitely think there are some things that I need to work on but I don’t like resolutions. It’s very seldom that I follow through with them then I end up getting down on my self and it’s a whirlwind of emotions that are completely unnecessary.
Even though I’m not making resolutions, I will work towards changing some of my habits and taking better of myself. One problem that I’ve run into in the past is “not having enough time.” In other words, I don’t make time in my day to take care of myself. I would waste away the day working and never once get up from my computer.
I’m not one of those people who can wear yoga pants out in public unless I’m going straight to the gym. Yes, they are extremely comfortable but I don’t like being in public in them. Weird, I know.
I wanted to find a look that would transition from everyday style to the gym. You know, something that I wouldn’t look so homely wearing. All of these pieces came from Kohl’s and would be super easy to find at other stores such as Target.
You need two key pieces – leggings and a crewneck tee to make this work. To change the look of each outfit just add and replace a few items. So simple and makes a difference. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Fila Sport Running Hoodie — $29.99
- Asics Gel Running Shoes — $64.99
- Fila Sprinter Duffel Bag — $19.99
- Contigo Autoseal Water Bottle — $12.99
You can keep all of these items in your car so when you’re on the go you can change your look in an instant! What ways do you transition from everyday to the gym?
